Emergency Government Ordinance no. 119/2007: the legislator has aimed by this new procedure, to provide a new legal instrument in order to facilitate the debt collection arising from commercial agreements
Submitted to the public debate: the draft for the modification and the completion of the Law no. 189/2003 with regard to the international judiciary assistance on the civil and commercial matter.
According to the new draft of the Civil Procedure Code, the summons and the communication of other acts of procedure will be made by telefax, e-mail and by any other means, that assures the transmission of the text and the confirmation of its receiving.
